Q - How much do you charge?
A - Our service starts at $65.00 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum.
 
Q - Do you charge for travel time?
A - We do not charge for travel time if the service location is in Orange County, depending on mileage, there may be a $25.00 charge for travel outside of Orange County.
 
Q - What payment methods do you accept?
A - We accept Cash, Check and Paypal as payment methods.
 
Q - What are your hours?
A - We are very flexible, we work from 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
 
Q - How quickly do you respond?
A - In most cases we respond to any non-critical issues the same day, sometimes remotely.  In any critical cases we dispatch within an hour.
 
Q - Do you offer service contracts?
A - Yes, we offer a variety of service contracts to fit your exact needs, give us a call and we can discuss them with you.
 
Q - Do you offer discounts on larger projects?
A - Yes, on any single project contracted through OCTechGeeks, we offer 2 hours discount on every 12 hour billable increment.  For Example, if a project bills 12 hours we would discount it by 2 hours, if a project bills 24 hours we would discount 4 hours.
