This is our remote support system installation instructions and link
Please take note of installation steps below,
Note that you must use Internet Explorer with this system.
Note We must be logged into our queue before we can connect to your computer so we must coordinate the time in advance. Otherwise, it will just time out for you.
1. Please click on the link below, it will open a new browser window and prompt you to enter your name and then to click on START.
2. It will then display a green up arrow that in order to install our Active X Control. Please click on the Internet Explorer bar to install the Active X Control.
3. At this time we will then be able to connect to your desktop. Once the client is completely running, it automatically connects your computer to our support center.
At the end of our session, the support client will automatically uninstall itself. Because you request the support session and install the remote control client only when you need it, no one can remote control your computer without your knowledge.
